Solo 401k/SDIRA question

Good morning,

We have an old pension that is offering a lump sum payment option (approx 50k). Is it possible to roll into a solo 401k and use that money to fund down payment for 2 investment properties?

I assume we need to hold those properties in the investment vehicle?

Will a bank lend on such a transaction, allow us to fund the purchase with this vehicle?

We are looking at two small single family homes in FL that we would BRRR.

Thanks, in advance, for your help.
