Can I do a BRRR with a SDIRA and hard money lender?
Hi, I am a newbie, interested in using the funds in a Self-Directed IRA as a downpayment for a rehab triplex. I'm wondering if it is possible for a hard money lender to pay for the rehab, because everything I've read about HM Lending states that they will want to see my personal credit which is prohibited by SDIRA. I'm okay with keeping the rental income and refinanced mortgage in the IRA to use for future purchases. Does anyone know whether this can work?
