Lease to own land question
So my wife and I just purchased a 3 family full rented but needs some work in CT. We live in the building. We have looked at some land in NC and are looking to move within 5 years. We would like to rent the land for 8 months to a year just to get the down payment and credit score a bit better. Who do we reach out to is my question. Do we talk to the sellers realtor, or get our own for a rental agreement? Any help is appreciated.
