Greetings everyone. Glad to be here. I have some general inquiries regarding va loans for investment purposes. Has anyone had success with this? I'm a total newbie when it comes to real estate and my ultimate goal is producing cash flow through buy and hold means. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks
