Local Houston bank recommendations

Hi, I found some older posts about local banks in Houston that are good for investor mortgages...but no replies that were very useful.

I’ve got 5 rental properties and I’m tired of using the big national banks (for a variety of reasons). Does anyone have any local Houston banks they’ve worked with that offer competitive rates and closing costs but are still investor friendly.

Some of my frustrations with the big banks: slow, inefficient, don’t consider all existing rental RE income, don’t consider to be rental income. I’m not hurting for help on my D/I ratio but would like build a relationship with a good local bank.
