First Rental Property Loan
I'm looking to get my first property for rental income. (Technically I have my first in escrow already but that was cash at auction.) I've got my location and my deal. Does it make more sense to look for a traditional loan in the location I'm planning to invest or at a local bank here in California?
Thanks for your input!
