Hey!

Can anyone refer me to a good Mortgage Broker in Indy that has worked with creative investors before and can screen my Tenant Buyers and hopefully they know a good credit repair company to put them in that will help them qualify for a mortgage in 2-3years.

Doing a Lease Option assignment and ready to partner up thanks!
