TIps & Tricks Needed To Avoid DOS Clause
Just signed a contract to purchase rental #15. It is my intention to STR the subject property. I signed a contract to purchase this property subject to the mortgage. I would hate to have the note called and have to pay it in one lump sum. I am seeking advice from others doing sub-2 deals on how to avoid the DOS clause as long as possible. Thanks.
