Refinancing using the BRRRR method

I'm currently working the numbers on my very first deal using the BRRRR method. When it comes to the refinancing, I know I have heard in a Bigger Pockets pod cast at some point them mentioning using either local or large banks. Are smaller, local banks easier to get the refinancing done?

@Jesse Simpson

Local banks are easier to work with then the large banks. Attend local events to network with local bankers. You can find creative local lenders who are geared towards investment strategies especially BRRRR. I recently attended an event in Chicago the Midwest Real Estate Networking Summit. Made lots of connections with lenders.

Good Luck.
