Has anyone used Fund & Grow?

Has anyone had any experience using Fund & Grow as a way to get cash for investments?

My understanding is that you can have them create your LCC and then they will find creditors to send you lines of credit which they in turn can turn into cash for investement properties. Any thoughts on this strategy?
