Creative Funding for Auction Properties

Not sure if any one here has interest in purchasing auction REO properties. I've found out that the banks will only accept hard money, cash or lines of credit. I wanted to share this site as an alternative and more cost effective funding source for not only auction REO's but off market properties as well. They currently lend in 22 states I believe.
