How to get partners in real estate
I personally have no money to invest in real estate. But I am willing to learn how to spot good deals to hand down to cash buyers.
Thanks

You have to offer something in return to your partners. If you have already have good deals then you can bring it to the table, otherwise it is just a talk. Work on getting these deals and at the same time start conversation with people at local REI events. This will get you started in the right direction.
Best!
