Blanket loans for 4 properties in Indy

Hello All,

I have acquired 4 great cash flowing rental properties in Indy with long term tenants but the terms on the loan are not the greatest, and one of the properties are under 50k (which generally doesn’t qualify under a blanket loan). However, I have a 740+ fico with good assets, and am looking for a fully amortized rate and term loan that I can refinance into. Any recommendations?
