Hello, I’m new here looking to venture into Real Estate Investing. I’m located in Texas and am looking for guidance on ensuring I complete my first transaction properly.

I’m interested in learning more about contracts, resources such title company, real estate attorney and any other items I may need to use.

The fastest way to learn is to partner with a seasoned investor in your area who can prove he/she has completed numerous real estate investments using numerous purchase and sale strategies. You can't learn if all from a podcast...you learn from doing it beside someone who has experience in all the areas you lack. Attend every REI group you can, build relationships with local investors and vendors...that is where you'll most likely find the knowledge, skills an money you need to make a deal happen.
