I bought a 4 plex, 3 plex and 2plex 4 years ago and its time for us to refinance. Looking for the longest term lowest ratesfor these properties. I have spoke with the bank I use for my personal and painting business. They are offering 6% interest commercial loan??

What is he best way t refinance multiple properties at the same time?

What is he best type of loan?

What terms can I expect?

Thanks

@Jared Hartley are all the properties on the same parcel? If they are on separate parcels, then your best bet is to refinance them individually on Fannie Mae loans.

If they are all on the same parcel, you will need to take them as either commercial or as a portfolio type loan with the longer fixed rate terms you can get. A banker or broker would have the portfolio loans and maybe the commercial as well. If you need a referral in your area, PM me, I can get you one.

I hope this helps?
