How can I get a second mortgage with an assumption.
I am looking assuming a loan on a property that is listed at $285k. The owner will allow me to assume the existing loan of $150k. Besides owner financing the remaining amount, how can I get a second mortgage to cover the remaining $135k? Will a bank do this? Thanks.
