Personal Loan W/ Withdrawal Option?

Hi BP folks,

I was wondering if any of you out there know about or have worked with a lending company that offers personal loans in the range of $50k-$100k over 6-7 years with withdrawal option to avoid paying extra interest and only pay interest on the open balance.
