my situation...3 rental properties
Hello investors..
I Currently have 3 rental properties and I m looking to make my next move,
Looking to refinance and cash out. I will appreciate any advice's from you guys the pros and beginners. my situation is I owe about $15,000 in credit cards that I use for the repairs. I want to pay that off and use the rest of the money for my next down payment.
First property

I want to pay my credit cards before I do anything for the reason that my credit score went down. Any advice's are very appreciate it.

@Reynaldo Irrizarry I'm guessing that you are asking if its best to pay down the credit card before you refinance. It largely depends on your credit score and how much your DTI ratios is. I don't have enough info to recommend an action. If you make lots of money then $15,000 of cc debt is not a big deal. First I would analyze your DTI, if it is below a certain amount then you should approach a lender and speak with them.
