Looking to refinance and cash out. I will appreciate any advice's from you guys the pros and beginners. my situation is I owe about $15,000 in credit cards that I use for the repairs. I want to pay that off and use the rest of the money for my next down payment.

First property

Two family

Estimated value570k

Mortgage 318k

Second property

Two family

Estimated value 230k

Mortgage 88k

Third property

I want to pay my credit cards before I do anything for the reason that my credit score went down. Any advice's are very appreciate it.
