Refinancing a multi-family
I have a multi-family property which is a small mobile home park. I have a balloon coming due next year and would like to refinance the balance with some cash-out to upgrade the units which are showing some age and wear and tear. Any advice as to what the best resources might be to do such a thing? My credit score is around 750 and the LTV is at less than 50% including the cash-out.
