Land > Tear down > Duplex Construction lending
I am looking at a deal in Idaho, currently zoned as R-1 that has a small (1000 sq ft) structure that needs to be torn down. I am able to get the property re-zoned as R-2 and build a duplex. I have asked a few lenders but it doesn't seem to fit in the box. Anyone have lending/financing recommendations?
