looking for lending options

I an a self employed contractor moving from Pa to Baltimore and I'm having trouble finding a lender  to do a bridge loan or a second home loan because of my debt to income ratio. I have work lined up when I move. any suggestions .

Is the second home loan for personal or investment property? If its an investment property, have you looked at asset-based lenders that look at the DSCR instead of DTI?
