Hi guys,

So I recently created an LLC for RE and would like to know if there are any companies that will provide a line of credit as a start up. I am able to PG the loan.

I am located in Philadelphia, so let me know if you guys have any recommendations please.

@Janis Ski usually a lender will want to see some type of assets to do this sort of thing. Do you have properties? Experience in flipping? Money in the bank? Creating the LLC is inconsequential if you have those other items.
