@Justin Kane I am looking for a business line of credit to have as a resource for rehabs or acquisition purposes. The issue that I am having is that it my LLC is a newly establish business with $0 income reported, therefore I am seeking advise on how to obtain this for start up companies.

Got it, thank you!

Hi guys,

So I recently created an LLC for RE and would like to know if there are any companies that will provide a line of credit as a start up. I am able to PG the loan.

Hello All,

So I recently established business credit and obtained a few credit cards. I have heard several investors state that they have used credit cards to purchase real estate. I would like to know the best way to utilize this method. I am trying to avoid high interest rates and cash advance fees. Is there a way to avoid this?

I am going to look into Paypal or another similar service to see if it's possible.

Hello Everyone!

So all of the Philly investors know how hot the Philadelphia market is! It is currently a seller's market and is full of wholesaler's. Does anyone have any advise on current marketing strategies and what kind of sellers they are attacking? I have tried direct mailing and some cold calling and haven't been too successful with it. Also, many people are mailing to the same lists.

I have yet to try a Delinquent Taxes mailing, but will keep you guys posted.

Hi,

I would like to know if you have used credit cards to fund any of your deals? If so, do you know a way to avoid the high cash advance fees/rates?  Someone suggested paypal but I think they charge the sender 33% using a CC.

I use Google Wallet as it's instant, free and user friendly. It also keeps a record of all transactions.
