Subject To Deals
Once you convince a seller to do a subject to deal, how do you close on the property? Will a standard real estate contract that my real estate agent would have be used for the purchase contract? Will any title company work with me on a subject to or will I have to search out an investor friendly one? Are there any other issues I should watch out for on a subject to that I wouldn't have to worry about on a traditional purchase?
