Seasoning on Cash Out Refinance???

Hey everybody. So I have been trying to figure out the exact science on the cash out refinance that is involved in the famous brrrr strategy. At first, I was under the impression that yes, you can find banks (typically local banks/credit unions) that don't have a seasoning requirement for this process. But then I see a lot of people mentioning waiting 6 months for the seasoning on there brrrr strategy as if it is the norm. I also purchased Brandon Turners book on rental property investing and he mentions having to wait the standard 6 to 12 month seasoning period. Can anybody provide some clarity on this? Has anyone had luck with having a cash out refinance done without a standard seasoning period? Thanks a ton for the feedback!
