Need Investment Property Refinancing w/ No Seasoning in PA

Hi,

I have one, and will have more, properties that I've bought with private money and will now appraise for well over enough to refinance. I'm looking for lenders who will refinance without seasoning requirements. My credit is over 720 and I only have 6 mortgages now. I live in CA but these are in PA.

Any suggestions on how to find lenders like this?
