self directed IRA to manage investment properties
Hi all,
I am looking for some advice on the following situation I have: I have some money in SD IRA account. Can I use this money to pay remaining mortgage of my rental property and then put all incomes / expenses from the rental to the SD IRA?

No. You may not do that. You are a disqualified party to your IRA and may not transact with or benefit from the IRA personally. The IRA may not lend to or purchase your personally owned property.
