Best way to finance a 1.5 million deal

Call me crazy or overly optimistic about investing, but I'm currently analyzing an aparment complex with  2 older duplexes and 3 newer fourplexes. I'm not done analyzing it yet to see where the numbers make sense, but I wanted to see what financing options I have available to see if it's even really possible or worth my time. Creative, traditional, or anything that you may know or have done to make a purchase this large. Any help is appreciated thanks.
