Commercial lender NC 5 unit

Does anyone have a recommendation for a lender who can do a 7 or 10 year loan on a 5unit that is worth ~365,00.

I have property in Raleigh area (garner, NC) that is currently on a 5 year term. I’m looking to protect my downside risk in the even of a slow down.
