Considering owner financing my 2nd home. Not sure where to start?

I have been approached by a prospective buyer on my vacation home in Virginia . He States that he needs a couple years before his scores will be high enough to put through his VA mortgage . He asked if I would consider owner financing for at the most 2 years . I'm considering the possibility as it would be more beneficial for me to generate income with this house instead of putting more money into fixing it . Don't know exactly where to start at this point doing my due diligence . I own the house free and clear of any liens. Would love to hear good solid advice from experience investors . Thank you .
