Designer looking for Investors on Fixer Upper Properties

Hey guys! I'm an architectural designer looking to renovate aging homes here in Rhode Island. The plan, in short, is to convert these older homes into more of a functioning space where families can enjoy their privacy and entertain guests. I'd like to completely change the feel of common housing floor plan styles that we often see in Cape cod, Raised Ranch, and colonial styles homes to name a few.

I'd love to meet up with potential investors to show you my plans and discuss how we can work together!

Thanks!

Jerry

@Jerry Batista besides posting here, which is definitely good exposure, you could also try attending a local real estate group such as RIREIG which meets monthly in Warwick or Black Diamond REI which meets twice a month in southern Mass.

Sometimes those meetings have times when attendees or members can announce things, so you might connect with people that way, or just in the freer networking that happens before or after such meetings.

If you have a few compelling case studies (past successes) you could even talk to the people that run the group about possibly doing a presentation at a future meeting. (I'm speaking generally, I don't know if either group would be looking for that kind of thing but as with a lot in in RE, it usually doesn't hurt to ask :)
