Do you need financing

I have had alot of people contact me about funding but then when you tell them what they need to get funded you don't hear from them again. I hate to inform people that you need cash, cash, cash in a deal. The larger the deal the better the executive summary needs to be.

In my experience there has only been a couple of brokers like myself who knows how to write a great executive summary. To get one done please be open to compensate the individual that is doing it for you. It tends to help you get your loan funded. Also, you pay someone like me to get your exit strategy across to the funder.
