Can someone give an example of how to make money with sub2?
I get that you're assuming someone's mortgage. So you just start making their payments and that's the only cost?
Then you act as the bank and owner finance the property to someone else, while collecting a down payment?
What if the person whose mortgage you took over lives there? Then how can you sell it to someone else?
