Looking for refinancing options

Few years back during my divorce, my ex- husband and I agreed that I would refinance (refi) the condo just under my name in order to remove his name from the title. I was in the process of finalizing my refi until I was laid-off. My lender explained that they are unable to refi since I’m currently unemployed. Is there a way around this or another way to refi? My lender suggested finding a co-signer but had no luck finding the right friend/family member with the right credit or willing to co-sign. The condo is located in Seattle, WA and currently being rented out - the tenants are on an one year lease, Feb 2018-2019. So, the mortgage payment is guaranteed. The condo has substantial amount of equity built. The condo is part of my retirement and would hate to lose it. Also, due to strict landlord law in Seattle, I’m unable to sell the condo and remove my tenants. I hope to figure out a way to refi. Let me know if you folks know any refi option(s) for my situation.
