seller financing Mobile homes
Hi BP Family,
I am looking to get into investing in Mobile homes, primarily on parks. I know that with Dodd Frank Rules and Safe Act I am limited on how many deals I can structure via seller finance.
From my research, I see that if utilizing a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator to create the note then I can complete an unlimited amount of deals.
How would I go about finding a RMLO? and does anyone have any references for the Tampa Bay Area?
