Best private money lenders in Pittsburgh area

Hey guys! I'm new to this game but need to know if anyone has any recommendations as to where I should look to find an honest private lender. I'm in Pittsburgh and I'm trying to close a deal ASAP. It's a foreclosure so the bank option is a no go.
