Private loan: Docs Needed at Closing?

Hi All,

I'm a first-time private money lender and am wondering about how to be sure the loan my LLC is generating is good to go at closing. I would imagine you simply make sure to have the funds ready and have your loan document prepared at closing, and then the title company takes care of the rest.

What documents/steps am I missing?

Thanks all!

-Brian
