In House or Portfolio Mortgage Loan for Primary Residence

I am looking for a home loan for a primary residence, but needing it to be a portfolio loan due to having rentals and self employment income.  The home will be in Colorado. I am also looking for suggestions that might have a 10% down payment instead of 20%.  Or do you know of any other creative ways to finance your personal home?
