looking for 75% LTV for 5 unit in Inglewood
The best I could find so far is 70% LTV for a place I have a verbally accepted offer contingent on loan approval.
When you go from 4 to 5 units, commercial is a lot harder to find. Anyone have any ideas? How can I come up with an extra 5%?
The loan amount would be $404K, which is too small for most commercial loans too.
So any help for prop in Inglewood CA?
