what do I need in order to facilitate a seller finance deal?

I have a deal I am purchasing these days from a client of mine. property is a SFR located in Rochester NY

terms:

45000$ loan amount 5 years interest only 7% , 15 years principal+ interest 7%

how should I execute paper work for this transaction? in a cost effective way please
