Best Rental Line of Credit Rates in 2017?

Hey everyone, I'm looking to get a line of credit (LOC) on some of my investment properties (non-owner occupied). I've seen some of these threads before, but none within the last while, and I figure one of these every half year or so is useful.

What is the best % of LTV you are seeing for LOC's?

Best interest rate?

And who with?
