Hey BP!

Currently I'm out of Kansas but my wife and I will be moving back to the MSP area in less than 2 years.  We're currentl looking for MFRs to buy now.  I've found a few where my numbers show good cash flow, we just need some  help financing.

Does anyone have any portfolio lender recommendation in the Twin Cities area in Minnesota?

Thanks!

Yes 2-4 units. Not quite sure on price range because I need to speak with some portfolio lenders. My guess after looking at quite a few deals would be anything below 600,000.
