Excel Subject To Exit Strategy Calculator

Hello,

I am a student at the University of Washington and brand new to real estate investing. Luckily, I am about to close on my first deal! However, considering I'm taking the house subject to, I'd like to be able to carefully analyze this deal and decide between selling on L.O or Seller Financing.

Therefore, if any of you have an excel calculator that you use to analyze these types of deals that include the following metrics, that would be greatly appreciated: loans taken subject to balance, interest rate, loan term, option consideration (down payment), L.O. purchase price, L.O term,  L.O. "profit centers" (i.e. interest rate, points, etc.), seller financing down payment, loan term, seller financing "profit centers" (i.e. interest rate, points, pre-payment penalties, etc.).

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best Wishes,

Michael
