Four friends and I are trying to pool our resources to start flipping houses here in PA. We all are brand new to this, but we each have an important skill set to help the venture succeed (or so we think). We have some money between us, but we'd like some more. What does anyone recommend we do to get the extra $60k we're seeking? Thanks!
