Can I finance a multi family with Freddie Mac after renovation
Hello all,
I am looking at a multi family property that should have excellent value add opportunity. I should be in a position to purchase and rehab the property with a combination of my cash and private lending. My question is whether I would be eligible to finance via a Fredie Mac multi family loan having owned the property less than a year
I know seasoning requirements would preclude a refi normally, but given that the property would not have any bank financing, would I be eligible to finance and pull cash back out of the renovated property?
Thanks very much!
