private equity type real estate fund fee structure

what is the typical fee structure for private equity type RE funds in Europe and the US?

I did a bit of research and found

1-1,5% in fund formation fee

1-2% in annual management fee

6-12% in prefered return depending on project, and 20% carried interest in the catchup phase

Typical fee structure is often 2-20 in private equity but i bet RE investors push for lower rates

any input?
