Investment loan for a manufactured home

I am under contract on a property in Moab. It is a good deal for here, but getting a loan on a manufactured investment property is proving difficult. Does anybody have any suggestions? I already have five long-term rentals and two short-term rentals that have a proven track record. Thanks for any input :-)
