Getting Loan As Independent Sales Rep
I work as an independent sales rep in Denver for multiple companies at any given time and my pay is 100% commission based. From December 2016-December 2017 by income will greatly exceed $100k but I can't seem to get financing for a loan. I am looking to buy a home to move into in Austin TX where I have two roommates who have agreed to pay rent, which I plan to match the monthly mortgage payments (house hacking). I can easily put down 10-20% on a property but I don't have two years worth of paychecks to show to the bank or mortgage companies. Does anyone have ideas?? Thanks!
