triplex with one unit in B1 zone
Hello everyone,
I found a triplex I'm interested in but the problem is one unit must be used for professional office space or other use allowed in B1 zone. my lender is telling me that I can't use FHA loan because of the commercial zoning of one unit. I don't have 20% to get a commercial mortgage.
which creative ways I can use to get a mortgage on this property with lower down payment? I am thinking about talking to the owner and try rezoning the one unit. any suggestion?
