Needing additional funding for flip

Needing advice on how to move forward with our flip.  We currently are almost complete on a project but are in need of a little more funding.  We already have a Hard Money Lender but due to unforseeen additions to the rehab budget we are coming up short.  Is there a way to work with a cash investor to fund the remaining amount needed to complete the project?
